Hello {{first_name | Friend}},

Today’s prompt explores one of the most overlooked secrets in copywriting and the principle that made Eugene Schwartz a legend.

It’s not about what your product is. It’s about what your product does differently.

Copy Prompt

Schwartz called it “the new mechanism.”

Because people don’t just buy results.

They buy the how behind those results.

That’s why a headline like:

“Lose 10 pounds in 30 days”

…doesn’t move people anymore.

Everyone’s heard it. Everyone’s seen it.

But this does:

“How a forgotten enzyme helps your body burn fat while you sleep.”

Same promise. Different mechanism.

When your audience believes your method is new, unique, or unavailable anywhere else… they will stop comparing but rather start paying attention.

Today’s drill:

Take one claim your offer makes and ask, “What makes this possible?”

Then write a single line explaining why your method works differently.

Start with this phrase:

“Unlike everything else you’ve tried, this works because…”

That sentence alone can transform your positioning.

Why? Because it’s new.
