Hello {{first_name | Friend}},
Today’s prompt reframes your role completely. You are not hired to write words. You are hired to create revenue. The words are the vehicle, not the destination.
Copy Prompt
If the copy is not converting, you do not shrug and say,
“I delivered what you asked for.”
You investigate. You test. You iterate until it works.
Here is the job, in plain English:
Positioning
If the offer is pointed at the wrong desire, say it.
If the promise is vague, sharpen it.
If the mechanism is invisible, reveal it.
Funnel
If the path to purchase is messy, simplify it.
If the CTAs pile up, choose one clear action.
If steps feel risky, add guarantees and proof.
Targeting
If the audience is wrong, redirect it.
If the segment is too broad, narrow it.
If timing is off, fix the entry point.
Voice
Your copy must sound like them, not you.
Luxury supplement brand: precise, restrained, credible.
Casual wellness coach: warm, conversational, human.
B2B analytics: clear, practical, outcome driven.
Voice mismatch examples
❌ Luxury brand, bro-science tone:
“Crush your mornings with a hardcore recovery stack.”
✅ Luxury brand, refined tone:
“Wake restored. A clinically calibrated blend for measured energy and calm focus.”
❌ Casual coach, corporate tone:
“Our methodology optimizes behavioral outcomes across cohorts.”
✅ Casual coach, human tone:
“Let’s make change that actually sticks, one simple habit at a time.”
You are a chameleon on purpose. Sound like the brand. Think like the customer. Own the number.
Today’s Drill:
Pick one live asset: a sales page, email, or ad.
Run this five point audit and rewrite only what fails.
Audience fit: Who exactly is this for, and who is it not for.
Offer clarity: One sentence promise plus the new mechanism that makes it work.
Friction check: Where does attention die, where does risk feel high. Remove both.
Voice match: Read it aloud. Does it sound like the brand on their best day.
Conversion moment: Identify the single line that tips belief into action. Strengthen it.
Ship a new version. Track the metric that matters most to revenue: leads, calls booked, carts started, sales.
Iterate. Change one variable at a time.
Remember: your job is not to deliver copy and disappear. Your job is to stay with it until the funnel prints money.
